David Brinkman is a Certified Residential Appraiser (AR034868) in the State of California. There are great benefits to buyers and sellers to use a broker with these skills. However, there are strict limitations:

David cannot complete an appraisal for any property in which he is acting as Real Estate Broker in which he might see any potential profit or benefit, or where a conflict of interest could be perceived to have caused an inflated appraisal value.
